    It doesn;t mean it goes back to where it started. Read the 2 announcements that started the run in the beginning to 8.7 cents.

    Those 2 announcements are worth more then 3 cents.

    Maybe it worth 4 cents...maybe its worth 6.

    Who knows. Looks like someone is capping it though.
