Good luck getting exact numbers of employees.

That is why all my posts about the number of employees are prefixed with the word "circa".

Honglin became CEO in 2015 and finished up last year with Ben taking over the role of acting CEO position for a lot of the time.

Your starting point of 2010 is a bit early to be looking at increase in employee numbers under Honglin, but never the less very interesting as it states 581 employees and contractors combined (which may have meant number of employees in the 400s) yet in 2010 Grange still produced 2.5mt.

Around the time that Honglin became CEO there was a newspaper article about retrenchments which reported the number of employees to be 545, but the article does not state whether or not this number included contractors.

The 2021 report states 698 including contractors.

The Grange website currently states 680 full time equivalent, but does not say whether or not this includes contractors.
