Avoid banks for the mean time. I would target WES or WOW for dividends.
Govt has got some real tough decisions to make on dividends but to cut them? some serious backlash will come the Govt's way.
Could easily see a 5% COVID19 levy on top of your tax before a push to reduce dividends.
