    Managing a mining company in the Congo requires a high degree of expertise by the management.

    More than anywhere else managements understanding of the local situation, political environment, cultural aspects, etc. is critical.

    Bill's rapport with the Congo Government and Government institutions is critical for the company management.

    A take over would be a nightmare for any predator.

    Will not happen.
