higher dividend payments are likely

I think we are due for another increase in the dividend payments to shareholders early this year...
By all accounts BLY has been seeing higher income from both the services and equipment sales side of the business.

Dividend up to 31 Dec 2010 was 3.4 cents US per share
Dividend up to 30 Jun 2011 was 4.8 cents US per share

Dividend up to 21 Dec 2011 ‘should hopefully be’ around 6.2 cents US per share or they might surprise us and make it higher!
The record date should be around 18 March 2012
With a payment date around 15 April 2012

Obviously the share price growth for us long term holders has been disappointing over the last 2 or 3 years…I guess I should have gotten out when it peaked over $5 per share.

So with an increasing dividend payment and a strengthening of the mining work around the world, let’s hope we can see the BLY share price back up around the $5 mark before the end of 2012.

Just my humble opinion, happy to hear others thoughts on what we might expect ‘good or bad’ in 2012.
