Energy Metals (ASX:EME) as manager of the Bigrlyi joint venture said that
re-assaying of drill core from holes drilled at Bigrlyi in the 1970s has
returned higher grade uranium (and vanadium) values.
These results include 8.5m at 2.17 per cent uranium, 0.49pc
vanadium with 2.0m at 4.18pc uranium and 0.79pc vanadium, 5.0m at 1pc
uranium and 0.35pc vanadium, 2.5m at 1.80pc uranium and 1.28pc vanadium.
The Bigrlyi project comprises 10 granted exploration retention
licences located approximately 390 km northwest of Alice Springs.
The project is a joint venture with Valhalla Uranium (41.7pc) and
Southern Cross Exploration NL (5pc).
