It is cheaper to buy shares in EXE up to 2.5 cents than try to raise circa 10 million via shareholders. The significant increase in volume and share price indicates that others firmly believe this as well. I mean, AHZ is raising nearly 10 million and will lose nearly 15% of that to financial parasites. EXE has a long ways to go and that is up, up and up.
