Increased drug driving.
Increased family & relationship breakdowns.
Reduced work productivity.
Increased financial hardship.
Not to mention the crimes committed against people when they are incapacitated such as sexual assault.

Basically all the issues associated with alcohol abuse would be multiplied by people freely being able to have access to class A drugs.
