Not entirely sure what the margin rates are, I guess the maximum percentage you can use from a margin loan for the specified stock. In this case, good news in itself.
Far more importantly though I see that: 1) Macquarie now have ABM Resources well on their radar and have most likely performed detailed analysis and forecasting on future performance. 2) As a result of the above, the share price has been significantly uprated.
Also interesting to note some of the other goldies in that list - TAM in particular, up to 100% (from 85%).
