The Money Flow Index (MFI) low correlates with the 3.13 low, which is a good sign it was a low point.
OTOH, the MFI weakened in the last few hours which could be a sign its struggling to hold its current position. (hourly graph).
A positive outlook needs the MFI to become positive today IMO.
