I probably have less knowledge than you chaps but it occurs to me that they might be cross sales within a foreign jurisdiction out of time zone, possibly UK. I had noticed them but haven't really kept count of total amt transacted in last 48hrs or so, but doesn't seem hugely significant numbers. It looks to be retail but not sure why anyone would do this?
