Now, you are misreading what I have said. Which is not to tax the businesses, but to tax the people. Tax stops businesses from growing. If you have a low tax business environment you will attract businesses much easier than if you have a high tax one. People who want their businesses to grow quickly will re-invest the money in the business rather than take it out and pay tax. That increases employment and exports and reduces imports. Those who take the money out will pay the tax.
