I also hold NVT. Look how SP took off when buyback kicked-in. Management only do the buyback coz it is the best value investment they can see. BRS has not paid a div in August or Feb, hence is cashed-up and able to use cashflow to buy its own shares. Debt now manageable and no need to keep reducing it.
