Firsova they are not "management errors" as you say they are things that are out of their control and they have done their best to work with what they got so to speak.
Its not like they can copy the plant of someone else, its a world first and delays which are out of managements control can not be classified as "management errors".
I find the wording of alot of your comments very deceiving.
