Thanks Buffy88 .Very interesting reading .
Bought some MLS @ 3.3 last May and saw them retreat to 1.9 .When they started heading north I bought some more @ 2.7 with the thought of selling the 3.3 ones when they reached that again but didn't.I now think like quiet a few on this thread that they may be a good one to hold long term .
