They are a bunch of CAN'TS

Can't set up a plant
Can't get plant up to design specification.
Can't produce anything.
Can't sell anything.
Can't hold joint venture partners to finalise their deals
Can't do a proper due dilligence
Can't stick to any of their deadlines.

But what they CAN do is
Can spend a million dollar a quarter.
Can dilute shareholder wealth.
Can continue to hire management at $600k per qtr.
Can continue to erode cash reserves for no benefit.

It is time for a shake up at the TOP starting with Cedric and Sean as they have IMO not managed to and are incapable of getting this project up to speed. I reckon I could do a better job at a QTR of what these 2 clowns are paid!!!!!
