I have put up a weekly chart.

The way I see things LNC has been significantly rerated in people's minds. It begins around the AGM, when, shortly after, it became public knowledge that Credit Suisse was buying and then it was reinforced by the oil numbers.

We all know there are various deals floating. [I rang LNC last week to inquire about GCL, as others have also done. They are still negotiating] Umiat is just a matter of confirmation; after all, the area was once a part of the US 'strategic reserve'... does anybody doubt the oil is there??? No need to tick off all the other deals incubating.

So, the fundamentals of this stock? Surely that will be determined by the cash flow that comes from these deals. ....Anybody like to offer some estimations.

I take a very simple approach to charts ... momentum. If the price is going up then I do not sell. I am not trying to predict where it goes. The momentum of LNC's SP is currently about as strong as you will ever see.
