The US owes so much to the money lenders that he has no choice but to do what they tell him.Same with Bush and Howard.The Europeans and other unwilling members are not caught in this invidious situation and are able to take advantage.The small fry that are rushing to join George have been lent on and must hope they do not go down the gurgler if things go wrong.
