yesterday, on the back of that announcement, everything below 20c was snapped up. Just looking at the chart, 20c has been resitance for a while. It broke that support in DEC 05 and has only once closed above it again. 26c is the next target once 20 is broken, and this equals the target of the recent cup and handle formation.
