Looks like buyers are playing 'c'mon down'rather than being prepared to pay up ATM.This of course does not rule out BPT interest but I think any accumulation would be gradual at least while below 5% followed by a sudden surge in buying as their intentions must be made public.On the other hand a merger would seem to be a good fit & the preferred option IMO.
