Was wondering the same thing myself.
HFR will need to secure additional funds to complete the projext. Wondering if BCI holders would be happy with a BCI cap raise so BCI can maintain or increase BCI's holding in HFR.
On paper HFR project does look good assuming they can get all approvals and build the thing.
