Roger81777, APC Pipeline (a consortium including AGL and Petronas) won the tender for the pipeline quite a few years back. The HGP owners (Exxon, Oil Search et al) have signed a 'binding letter of intent' with APL Pipeline... see the Exxon media release attached to today's announcement from OSH. At this stage APC would design, own and operate the pipeline. I don't know what circumstances would arise that might change this. Obviously the agreement is merely a 'letter of intent'? but the tender has already been won as far as I can see..
