It needs good news in a week or two to stir the market. Lcy is a dog from any angles at moment. What the big shareholders would do? If they are confident about Lcy's future, it should care about where lcy price is now.

Perhaps it is a great chance for them to push Lcy down further, put new issues out with good discount, and then get more share from the short-sight traders and cash for lcy future drilling! Cash is still a king for a dog. Having the cash in hand, dog would have chance to be a golden angel(or so called money maker).

Lets' see, which if happen would happen in weeks!
