I have a question to all HC long shareholders. If AFR didn't write the article on 24 June 2015 at 12:15am about the ASIC probe commencing, would Slater & Gordon share price be so destructive? Also the article referred to "Sources have told The Australian Financial Review".
Upon contact with ASIC, they have confirmed to me that the investigation is supposed to be confidential unless the company being investigated choose to divulge the information. In other words.. AFR are taking it upon themselves to deliver information about a company without the permission of said company and thus changing the correct legal due course.
