I agree it is the riskiest stock in my portfolio. It's mainly the debt that gives them less room to move - it doesn't meet my normal criteria for debt and interest coverage.
In 2014 STO was very high risk, after the capital raising late 2015 the risk reduced substantially and then further as GLNG train 2 started up this year. The sustained period of low oil prices has set up a recovery and the capex phase is over. There's less risk in this situation than you may think.
If you buy something most people see as "stepping in shit" you immediately get a large margin of safety in the price you pay.
