Is there ANY danger of the announcement coming out that is over a week overdue? . I believe that the drop in the SP is not just related to the results - (which aren't that bad) - but more the loss of confidence in the MANAGEMENT due to poor communication. How about sticking to a deadline - or at least advising of what is happening!
