I do not want to get into a slinging match. Ask the company, OEX what are the fiscal terms of their joint venture in India.

In Indonesia the fiscal terms of their HUGE OIL DISCOVERY is 85%-15%. Meaning 85% goes to the the Indonesian Gov't and the remaining 15% is split between the JV partners after cost recovery up to 65% I believe.So in BODP net to OEX it is not much.

I suspect India will not be much different.
