The highly speculative line still gets trotted out, but for what reason ,? Yrs back of course that was definately true , was Mt Weld resource so great, would the finance come to build the plant, would the plant work ,etc.. But with all that now so far behind ,all done and dusted ,what is to speculate ,? except for the unknown profits from higher output / higher R E prices ,that is all I can see . imho.
