Your actually wrong...charts are a picture of sentiment and sentiment is what drives the share price up or down. The LRS chart shows allot of postive sentiment and also indecision which makes sense because everyone knows how great the potential is though until drill results are shown there will be indecision. Your example of any rich guy just buying will only be due to that rich guy knowing how to read chart sentiment and making there decision based on that and fundamentals.
Conclusion is charts mixed with propper research of management and fundametals are an important tool for investing and trading but are not always right.
