Virtually no trading - last trade I can see was over an hour ago. Everyone seems to be waiting for the announcement, which is not too surprising. However, remember the announcement could be after close today and still be February, but I expect a 'technical' compliance (after close) would only occur if the results are not great. If they are worse than that then they might not worry about it being late since there is no chance of getting the oppies into the conversion zone.
