Oppies depend on sh approval and i speculated on here that sophs maybe dumping at cost for zero risk and pocketing free oppies. 10 mill shares purchased then sold at cost sees 5 mill free oppies which in my opinion will be 1 cent or more before expiry. Its bullshit really. Not sure thats whats happened but thinking out loud. If i had been given that offer thats exactly what i would have done. Zero risk. 10 mill an example they could have grabbed huge parcels. Mum n dad investors like myself are hard pressed to make a buck. Vote no could make cap raising harder in future. Vote yes and ya screwed with dilution. Its the same old story. The man with the money plays all the tunes.
