I think LRS gain most from the JV in Argentina and Peru as they get 100% on every project in respect to the technology income

However LRS is looking to not only use the technology for others projects but also acquire some of its own in its own right , where it gets a double win , use the technology and own the project

In respect to Platypus , they have global rights to the technology so as far as the technology income is concerned they are the winners in that game, but i sense the real money is owning the project and the technology is a little bit like a mining services relationship , use our technology pay us a fee for doing it and both parties end up better.
