We need to encourage a payment of $10m or more with a free option bait attached having a 18 month .04c payment.If our share is not substantially higher by then they could simply not excersize the .04c option.Maybe say 50-100m options. If the options are well and truely in play and the share is a paltry .10c they have then only paid $7m for a great asset.
