I am a Pharmacist working for Priceline and our API bill is growing at a massive pace. Retail pharmacy has had their margins slashed recently which results in higher turnovers but lower profits (to the pharmacy owner) BUT for API this is perfect as they are making a % of everything being sent to pharmacy as soon as it leaves the warehouse. Higher volume --> more money for API.
