Absolutely right. I think staving off the effect of amazon was the main reason as to why the management of greencross came up with the strategy in the first place. It would offset the effect in a big way like you said but unfortunately it would still take a hit, although pretty damn sure would be nowhere near as bad as Jb HiFi, kogan, Harvey Norman, etc.
