I have no opinion on this but provide the following info, FYI:
There is another Australian company that raised about 10 million dollars called Roo Networks (now based in California & part of Conferserv) which has similar technology.
AP is compression and Roo is distribution. The Roo beta software stops the bottle necks at the ISP. AP compresses the file so less is sent out. The ability to decode the file is paramount to the success of AP.
Which is the better tech? ---- I have no idea but they are both trying to solve bandwidth problems. Both are promising.
