re: attn: stocko - your opinion is required Media World Broadcasting Ltd (Media World) is developing a breakthrough Internet-delivered true VOD system using existing narrowband telephone infrastructure.

Media World has licensed new and innovative compression technology called 'Adams Platform' - known as 'AP Technology' or simply as 'AP' - that is a quantum leap beyond other commercially deployed compression technologies.

While many such technologies have been recently introduced to improve network performance related to the delivery of video they all continue to require a broadband connection to work effectively.

The AP-powered Media World service will not require a broadband connection to deliver entertainment content over the Internet but will work over a 56 Kbps modem to deliver picture quality visually comparable to DVD.

AP can be utilised on many delivery platforms including PSTN based dial up and other networks that support Internet protocols. The technology also offers the potential to greatly enhance the delivery capacity of any existing cable, satellite or broadband system.

The cost savings and increased revenues achieved by simply using existing public telephone and established low cost Internet infrastructure will be substantial for all participants in the media delivery value chain, from content owners and aggregators to service providers and network operators. These savings are reflected in the projected early break even and strong profitability of Media World.

Media World’s VOD service will offer content sourced from major suppliers of mainstream product - including Hollywood studios – as well as other sources of innovative content. The VOD Service will require a Media World set top box connected to a standard television set or other monitor, and to Media World's IMS via the internet.
