The days of high teens was when TEX had Catapault in the mix - it was hovering between 17-22c range.
Does anyone know if Catapault was a bigger project than Highway 71? Would be good to compare as we may have a rough estimate of what the SP might get too.
Then once the 1/4 report for Jan 10 - Mar 10 is released (TEX would have to be cash flow positive), we should get to nice higher levels.
