"Carte Blanche accepted the 76 recommendations of the BRC before he’d even seen them"...Sounds a bit like his Gillard reaction...I don't know what she said, but I agree with it.

"Said bankers need to be CHARGED and JAILED or else people will suspect a BRC cover up"... Didn't happen to the unions after their joke "RC". Why should it happen to the banks? 

"And now rushes a slightly watered down version..." Just like they rushed through the Insulation batts debacle, resulting in deaths arising from the hasty legislation.
