I for one, rejected the idea of being in either of these camps. So was New Zealand as a country, so were many people, collectively as a country.
Hilaly might -and that's the reading I get- be suggesting that don't be ordered by anyone to be in anyone's camp. The choice, if choice you want and not dictatorship includes also the ability to say no to being a member of any camp at all!
