INL already has annual cash-flow roughly equal to half JRV's fully-diluted market cap, which gives them a PE of about 4. They'll have THREE MORE income streams coming on line this year, and another perhaps next year which will greatly increase this income.
JRV in contrast has no income to speak of, and its shareprice hovers above what it was recently in the hope that INL will come back and make another offer! Good luck!
Oh, and of course INL owns nearly 9% of JRV. For free!
