    Its not illegal to be posting. It all depends on what is written. I'm sure ASIC wouldnt look favourable on a fund manager, sstock analyst, corporate advisor posting on chat sites ... but they would probably be closing looking at what is said and whether it amounts to ramping, false and misleading etc
