ppl... remember poor communication CAN be a symptom, IF there is a problem, up to u the investor to investigate to help protect that investment. (not saying there is a problem, more outlining the point to find out yourself regarding a concern and not let it become one.)
In my past experience, PB has been very easily accessible.
