Thought that she might run in 2004....knew then that she would become the USA's first female president...the way she handled the controversies with Bill won her no end of respect from both male and female voters, and now with the experience in politics she has acquired in the last four years as a senator of New York, and indeed from her husband's own terms as president, she is an absolute shoe-in for the presidency.
I agree with you Poyndexter entirely....what she will do for the standing of the USA and it's credibility will be immeasurable.....
It's just a shame the she didn't run earlier....perhaps the American public might not have been hoodwinked into unnecessary bloodshed, but they've now seen the error of their ways as was demonstrated with the removal of the power of the republicans in both houses of the senate....let's just hope for the sake of the entire globe, that she can restore some measure of trust in America by the Arab world, and credibility throughout the rest of the world.
I have no qualms in openly stating that the USA (moreover the Bush Administration), and Israel is entirely responsible for the new arms race that is gaining momentum throughout the middle east and Arab world....some here will say that the blame lies with Iran, but in my opinion they only seek to safeguard themselves from attack from aggressors.....pre-emptive wars waged in recent times against Iraq and Lebanon, along with slogans such as "Axis of Evil" which those spin doctors in the US love to create, have put in place an uneasiness throughout the Arab world....constant talk of impending strikes on Iran only add fuel to the fire, and so it is no wonder that nations are seeking these enormously destructive weapons as deterrents to attack.
Again, some will say that Iran seek these weapons to attack Israel, but I don't believe that to be the case, and history will also tell us that the only country to have used nuclear weapons is indeed the USA, not to mention the use of radioactive weapons in the form of depleted uranium in the 1990 Gulf war and Iraq today.
