The USA/CIA funded the So called Arab Spring/uprisings. The Egyptian military said No thanks to the elected Muslim brotherhood because of their wacky radical ways! They moved their funding to Libyan rebels and that didn't go well with ambassador Stevens plus CIA folk left for their deaths under Hillary/Obama's to rid Gaddaffi!
And they wanted Assad gone. More cash to fund the rebels now ISIS and they moved into the Iraq vacuum!
