Hillgrove Resources has declared that it will retain full ownership of the Kanmantoo project north of Adelaide. The company had been seeking a partner to assist in funding construction of the copper and gold mine. Hillgrove, which at 30 October 2009 had $A118.9 million in cash and investments
, is seeking to raise $A25 million from a placement being managed by Evans & Partners.
