    The collective HC wisdom had already worked this one out :)

    Now I am sure that HGO and DA will fully explain their rationale and value enhancement from this move when the placement is complete.

    I think, however, that by looking back over the threads of the last couple of days all HCer's will be reasonably informed why HGO turned down the JV option.
