Until copper can sustain above $3.20 the timing of govt approval doesnt matter too much. Cu and Lithium prices indicate that EV use and associated investment in major electrical infrastructure remain the domain of diehard greens and trendy govt status symbols for now. Serious moves will come once oil gets expensive in any supply deficit but still a few years away IMO. RXM remains in my bottom drawer for now.......I am confident that either a TO will happen or finance in place and project underway by 2023.
