Someone was asking for Foster's credibility. I just took a quick look at the previous few equity research reports published by them. If you made an equally weighted portfolio off their recommendations you'd be up 9.19%. I'm not saying that's a good record, but they are at least fairly consistent. Also, I used today's price and small caps have taken a hit (some of these were down 3-5% as of now).
