I just ask one thing - those posters who seem to be willing to stick up for the failed VC as if it is not a pivotal moment for MXC - when the next CR comes around, please do NOT complain about it. The VC deal would have left us with a cashed up MXC, a much higher SP and MXC's reputation enhanced. Its failure has done the reverse.
It may still, belated, come back into fruition. In the meantime, its failure has caused a lot of damage. I still think the MM side of MXC is going to do well over time. Just a pity that will take a bit longer and be that much harder to achieve the results. Cash flow is everything for small companies like MXC.
